Where do your products come from?
All our products are imported directly from Morocco, from local artisans and cooperatives. We select each supplier for the quality, authenticity, and purity of the ingredients used.
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes, we only offer natural or naturally derived products, free from parabens, silicones, and mineral oils. Most are cruelty-free and handcrafted.
Are they suitable for all skin types?
Our products are generally suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin. However, we recommend testing on a small area before first use, especially for very reactive skin.
Can I use them during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Most are safe, but some may contain essential oils. As a precaution, it is best to consult a healthcare professional before use.
How to use ghassoul, black soap or argan oil?
Ghassoul: Mix the powder with a little warm water until you get a paste, apply to the face, hair or body, leave on for a few minutes then rinse.
Black soap: Apply to damp skin, leave on for 5 to 10 minutes then exfoliate with a kessa glove.
Argan oil: Apply a few drops to the skin or hair to nourish and soften.
How should I store my products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural products do not like excessive heat or humidity.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Canada and soon to the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your region and will be calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days . Delivery then takes approximately:
- 2 to 7 business days in Canada
- 5 to 15 business days internationally
Can I return or exchange a product?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
